SHIPPING INFORMATION


Order Processing Times: 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement, business days exclude weekends and Australian national public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or Australian national public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you have ordered an item which is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Domestic (within Australia) Shipping:

Zoëe offers Free Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ Services with tracking for all domestic orders. Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ is a Standard shipping option and may take 2 + business days for delivery. However still please allow the initial processing time of 1-3 business days before your item is shipped.

Zoëe also offers Australia Post ‘Express Post’ Services with next business day delivery for all domestic orders providing you are within the Express Post Delivery Network for an extra charge of $5.00. However still please allow the initial processing time of 1-3 business days before your item is shipped.

Parcels sent domestically do not need to be signed for upon delivery. However if nobody is available to receive your parcel upon delivery, a calling card may be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Australia Post office.

Please double check your shipping address and contact details before submitting your order. Zoëe does not take responsibility for orders being sent to an incorrectly advised address or missing orders delivered to the correct delivery address.

The above shipping information may differ for international orders.

International Shipping:

Zoëe uses a range of international shipping options through Australia Post. Your shipping options will be displayed once you have entered your address on the checkout page.

Please note that not all international shipping options displayed will include tracking. If you require a shipping option with tracking and you have any queries, please email us on info@zoee.net.au.

Delivery will be between 12 – 21 business days, however still please allow the initial processing time of 1-3 business days before your item is shipped.

A signature will be required on all international deliveries. However if nobody is available to receive your parcel upon delivery, a calling card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Post office. You will require identification to collect your parcel.

Once your order has been shipped, Zoëe is no longer responsible for your goods.

International Taxes & Customs Charges:

All international customers will be responsible for any tax or customs charges within their own country. These charges are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping rates.

If you have any queries regarding any tax or customs charges that may occur please contact your local customs office.

Zoëe is not responsible for any tax or customs charges in relation to your order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Returns:

Refunds are available for all full priced items only. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are final sale and can not be returned for a refund, however these items can be exchanged for another size or colour only. We do not offer exchanges between styles. If we do not have the stock to process your exchange for another size or colour, we will offer you a refund less any shipping fees.

Zoëe accepts change of mind returns and faulty returns under the following conditions:

Change of mind returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the items within 7 days with an original proof of purchase. The items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Change of mind sale items will not be refunded, but an exchange for another size or colour in the same style can be offered where available.

Faulty Returns: Zoëe makes every effort to ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition. However should you receive a faulty product you can return it to us, along with your proof of purchase, for a faulty assessment. In the event an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. Refunds will be inclusive of the original shipping cost unless the item was part of a multi item purchase.

Swimwear & Underwear returns: Swimwear and underwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers intact. Underwear must be worn when trying  on swimwear for hygiene reasons. Please note if you do not adhere to the above conditions, your returned item may be sent back to you and no refund applied.

Zoëe is not liable for damage caused to our product by misuse, neglect or failure to adhere to care instructions.

Customers will be responsible for any costs involved for returns/exchanges.

The Zoëe refund and returns policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer as outlined in the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges:

If your item does not fit we are happy to offer an exchange for another size or colour providing stock is available. Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges between styles, therefore if you wish to exchange your item for another style you must return your original item for a refund and make a new purchase for an alternative style.

How do I return my purchase?:

How long will it take for my return/refund to be processed?:

Once your order has been received by Zoëe your return/refund will be processed within 7 – 14 business days.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded for your returned item using your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.

Can I return a sale item or an item purchased with a discount code?:

What do I need to provide when contacting Customer Service?

Can I Change or cancel my order?

You are able to change your order and amend the items in your cart while you are still browsing and shopping. However because we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, once you have clicked the “place order” button your order can not be amended or cancelled.

Should you wish to change your shipping address please advise us immediately on info@zoee.net.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request although there may be some instances where unfortunately we are unable to.

Zoëe tries to advise all relevant measurements for each garment as accurately as possible but please remember these garments are hand made and there may be slight variations between items. You can view the sizing on each individual product page or refer to our size chart for a general guide.
